Kyle Webster is a seasoned tax professional with over three decades of experience specializing in fiduciary accounting, complex tax compliance, and high-net-worth estate planning. As Founder and Principal of Rhydmor Corporation, Kyle brings a boutique, thought-leadership-driven approach to trust and estate taxation, gift and estate tax return preparation, and fiduciary advisory services. His work is distinguished by a deep command of federal and multistate compliance, along with strategic insight into wealth transfer, private foundations, and closely held entities.
Prior to founding Rhydmor, Kyle served as Tax Director at a large local firm in Los Angeles, where he led high-volume, high-complexity tax engagements for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and S corporations. His expertise spans advanced gift planning techniques—including GRATs, CRTs, split-dollar arrangements, and carried interest transfers—as well as fiduciary accounting related to inter vivos and testamentary trusts.
Kyle previously held senior leadership roles at with public accounting firms in Los Angeles, and Whittier Trust Company, where he managed fiduciary tax departments and developed integrated wealth planning strategies in collaboration with attorneys, fiduciaries, and family office teams. At Whittier Trust, he more than doubled departmental revenue over his tenure while maintaining a focus on technical excellence and personalized client service.
Kyle holds CPA licenses in Georgia, California, and Wisconsin. He earned both his Master of Taxation and BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University. He is a member of the Northeast Wisconsin Estate Planning Council, and the Green Bay Estate Planning Forum.
An active writer and educator, Kyle regularly produces policy papers, technical guides, and client-facing content aimed at demystifying the intricacies of fiduciary and estate taxation.
